SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail with 2-3 business day delivery. We do our best to ship items the same day that they are ordered. If we can not, the items typically ship the following business day. If, by chance, you order an item that is out of stock, we will email you to let you know an expected date for that item to be shipped.

Why should you buy from us? Well, here at Flashgear.net, we are actual photographers that have used the items you see listed on our site. We thoroughly test and learn to use the items we sell. If it doesn’t meet our standards, it isn’t going on the site. We want to see each and every person grow and improve in their ability to use off camera flash (on camera too). We know what it is like to be learning and trying to find out what it is that is going to be best for our growth as a photographer. We are here to help if you have any questions. We make videos and do demonstrations on how to use the products etc.. If you are wondering about compatibility, we are here to answer those questions as well.. The other guys, well… they don’t have the knowledge and experience to be able to help you choose the right items for your kit. We do..

Welcome to Flashgear.net. The premier USA based dealer for Off-Camera Flash products. We actually use the items we sell (unlike those other sellers) and if you have an issue or need help on how to use the products you buy, we are here to help. Browse around, check out the fantastic items here and if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to go to our contact page and ask a question.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

  • Speedlights and Strobes and the other electronics we sell are warrantied by the manufacturer for 1 year from the date of purchase. Most other sellers will tell you to get in touch with the manufacturer after 30 days. Not us. We warranty and handle the warranty for the full 1 year from the date of purchase (warranty against manufacturer defects only).
  • Softboxes, Umbrellas and other items that are not electronics have a 10 day warranty against manufacturer defects. If the items have a manufacturer defect, we will happily replace it. If you drop it and bend the pieces or break the pieces etc, that is not covered.
