Our standard shipping is UPS Ground with 2-3 business day delivery to most locations across the USA. We do our best to ship items the same day that they are ordered. If we can not, the items typically ship the following business day. If, by chance, you order an item that is out of stock, we will email you to let you know an expected date for that item to be shipped.

We understand that not everyone that visits our page is going to know immediately what it is they need to achieve the looks and results they have in mind. We are photographers. We understand what it takes and what tools you will need to get the job done. If you need help, please don’t hesitate to send us a message so that we can guide you towards the correct items to meet your individual needs.
WARRANTY INFORMATION
- Godox STROBES are warrantied for two (2) years from the date of purchase. Godox Speedlights and LED’s, along with Westcott Strobes and Yongnuo items are warrantied for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is against manufacturer defects. Drops and spills, breaking of battery doors or the hot shoe off of the speedlights are not covered. Our customers NEVER deal with the manufacturer, like other companies make you do after 60 days. If you have a warranty issue, we are an email, phone call or facebook PM away and we will make it right for you. We will either replace the item with a new item, fix the item or replace it with a refurbished item. That will be our choice depending on what parts etc are available at the time of the warranty claim.
- Softboxes, Umbrellas and other items that are not electronics have a 10 day warranty against manufacturer defects. If the items have a manufacturer defect, we will happily replace it. If you drop it and bend the pieces or break the pieces etc, that is not covered.
