The updated Quick Octabox series from FlashGear is sure to give you the dreamy look in your images that you have been longing for. These amazing, extremely versatile modifiers now come with a removeable beauty dish deflector plate that allows you to easily turn the Quick Octabox into a Collapsible Beauty Dish. As a double diffused softbox, the Quick Octabox has 2 specially treated diffusion panels that help reduce any kind of color shift. The interior diffusion panel has a double layer of diffusion in the center which helps to prevent any hot spots. Then, the outer diffusion panel helps spread your light so that it gives a nice ‘wrap around’ characteristic. Also included is a removeable grid. When in place, the grid helps give your light more controlled direction so that you can keep the light off of items in the background or when you want to create drama!

When you are ready for a more crisp, punchy light, simply remove one or both of the diffusion panels and utilize the beauty dish deflector plate to give your images that extra umph you’ve been looking for!

The FlashGear 34″ Quick Octabox is available in two styles. First, we offer our traditional, highly efficient rough silver interior. The roughed and cubed design helps bounce the light in all directions which gives you a nicely scattered spread of light that exits the box in all directions while also giving a bit of punch to the light. Second, we offer a beautiful white interior. While not as efficient as the silver interior, the white interior helps reduce specularity even more.

All Quick Octabox, K-Pop and Quick Parabox modifiers are easy open modifiers that utilize an umbrella style mechanism. This style of mechanism allows you to open and close your modifiers in seconds!
